A community for women to connect, be seen, and grow — together.

A space for women to come together, share openly, and build genuine connections. Where vulnerability meets empowerment, and struggles transform into shared strength.

About Bravehearts Collective

Real connection, beyond the surface.

BraveHearts Collective was created for women who crave real connection — beyond surface-level networking. It’s for the ones building businesses, raising families, chasing growth, and holding it all together… even when it feels like it’s falling apart.

A space to come together, share openly, and build genuine connections — where vulnerability meets empowerment, and struggles transform into shared strength.

Why the Name

Courage and compassion, held together.

Brave

Because being brave isn’t about having it all figured out. It’s about showing up anyway — having the courage to speak your truth, take risks, and move forward even when doubt, fear, or uncertainty are present.

Hearts

Because heart is what keeps us human. It’s the willingness to feel deeply, lead with compassion, stay open, and meet ourselves and others with honesty, softness, and understanding — especially in the messy moments.

BraveHearts is about combining the two — courage and compassion — to build a community rooted in honesty, empathy, and growth.

My Why

Hi, I’m Kristina.

Founder of kb&co., a plant-based café that grew from passion, grit, and a lot of late nights. After 20+ years in entrepreneurship and leadership, I’ve navigated franchising, business planning, marketing, commercial leasing, and team building. But the hardest lesson came from the heart.

Entrepreneurship and leadership are rewarding, but they can also feel lonely and isolating. I struggled to find a community that truly got it. That’s why I started BraveHearts — to create the space I needed where things felt real. A space to share openly, grow collectively, and rise stronger together.
